This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of wlink, an application provided by ProfSel, regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information. It outlines Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. By using  "wlink" application, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. 

Definitions 
  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy: 
   Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
   Application refers to wlink, the software program provided by the Company. 
   Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ProfSel.
   Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet. 
   Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. 
   Service refers to the Application.

    Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit). 
   You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Location Data Usage
  wlink utilizes location data in both active and background modes exclusively to facilitate the application's functionality. This includes real-time mapping, searching, and displaying other users and drivers on the map. The application cannot function without accessing and processing this location data. The current location data is automatically deleted upon closing the application, creating a new trip, or upon completion of the previous trip. Users can also request the removal of their location data by sending a message with their phone number to makopin229@gmail.com . or Use the "Delete Account" button within the application. 

Personal Data 
  While using Our Service, You provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: 
  Phone number
  Pictures  from your Device's camera and photo library 
Users can request the removal of their data by sending a message with their phone number to makopin229@gmail.com  or Use the "Delete Account" button within the application.    
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.   

Use of Your Personal Data 
  The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
 •         To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service. 

•         To manage Your Account and provide access to different functionalities of the Service. 

•         To contact You regarding updates, informative communications, and security updates. 

•         To provide news, special offers, and general information about goods, services, and events similar to those You have already purchased or inquired about. 

•         To manage Your requests and attend to Your inquiries.

 •         To use Your location data actively and in the background, specifically for the purpose of searching and displaying other users and drivers on the map in real-time. This functionality is essential for the proper operation of wlink, allowing users to locate each other in real-time. Your current location data is automatically deleted upon closing the application, creating a new trip, or upon the completion of a previous trip. Additionally, You can request the removal of location data by sending a message with your phone number to makopin229@gmail.com  or Use the "Delete Account" button within the application.
    
Data Sharing
  We may share Your personal information in the following situations: 

·         Other users: When You share personal information or interact in public areas with other users.
·         Your personal information may be disclosed under legal requirements or to protect the Company's rights, property, or safety.
